Cubitts is hiring an enthusiastic, customer-focused Optical Associate for its Islington location. The role centers on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by welcoming customers, guiding frame and lens choices, dispensing prescription and non-prescription lenses, performing frame adjustments and basic repairs, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. The position requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and prior retail customer-facing experience, and offers a permanent 40-hour-per-week contract with hourly pay and employee benefits.
