Description
The Optical Dispenser assists customers with frame and lens selection, interprets prescriptions, analyzes optical products and services, fits and dispenses eyewear, verifies pricing, maintains a clean dispensing area, and follows HIPAA and cleaning protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing, optical knowledge, basic computer literacy, communication skills, and the ability to work onsite. It is a full-time position paying $27 to $40.50 per hour, with possible incentive pay, wage upgrades, and overtime.
