Description
The Optical NPI Engineering Manager leads new-product-introduction engineering and cross-functional teams through product transfer, tooling and process setup, gate reviews, manufacturing support, yield improvement, and transition to mass production. The role coordinates with contract manufacturers and customers, provides optical engineering and troubleshooting guidance, develops test requirements, and mentors engineering teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher in an optical or related technical discipline and at least five years of relevant experience.
