Description
The Optical NPI Engineer leads new-product-introduction engineering and cross-functional project teams through product transfer, tooling and process setup, gate reviews, manufacturing support, yield improvement, and transition to mass production. The role provides optical engineering expertise to product development, manufacturing, process engineering, contract manufacturers, and customers, while coaching engineering teams and resolving technical issues. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher in an optical or related technical discipline and at least five years of relevant experience.
