Description
Encode Inc is hiring a full-time Optical Systems Engineer to design, model, analyze, test, and develop optical, electro-optical, and opto-mechanical systems and components for high-power laser and telecommunications applications. The role requires extensive experience with high-power fiber-coupled pump sources, cladding-pumped large-diameter fiber amplifiers, nonlinear optics, thermal management, and laser control systems, along with an active Secret or higher clearance. The position is primarily onsite at 80–90% and may require limited travel.
