Description

JPL is seeking an Optical Engineer to join their Instruments and Communications Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing optical systems for planetary probes, earth observing remote sensing systems, and in-situ sensing systems such as telescopes, cameras, and imaging spectrometers. They will also contribute to developing novel optical instruments, conducting detailed trade studies, and participating in large team studies.
