Molex is hiring an Optical Engineer in Fremont, California to support Co-Packaged Optics test and validation. The role owns test concepts, measurement plans, optical test fixtures and setups, hands-on characterization, automation, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical communication with cross-functional teams and customers. The position is onsite five days per week in a lab environment and requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of optical testing and characterization experience, and proficiency with optical laboratory equipment. The stated annual compensation is $130,000 to $160,000, with variable pay possible.
