Description
The in-region technical lead will serve as the primary technical decision-maker for the Robotics Visor at supplier sites, owning development, integration, qualification, manufacturing process establishment, metrology, and optical performance through mass production ramp. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least eight years of optical component or assembly experience, hands-on optical bonding or lamination, coating and metrology expertise, failure-root-cause experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and regular travel to supplier sites.
