The Optical Lead will oversee the operation and quality of optical services, including examinations, product displays, inventory control, patient care, audits, and continuous improvement. The role leads and coordinates a team, promotes performance and training, and ensures compliance with institutional indicators and protocols. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, optometry, or a related field, at least one year of personnel-management and team-leadership experience, KPI interpretation skills, and experience developing and monitoring work plans.
