The role develops digital processes for assessing and optimizing optical components, implements fully automated manufacturing solutions, supports manufacturing process introductions and releases, manages the complete process chain and technical interrelationships, and leads small projects while coordinating specialist teams. It requires a degree in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering, with software development, technical optics, optical metrology, programming, and modern code architecture knowledge desirable. German and English proficiency is required.
