The Optical Module Product Engineer owns manufacturing performance, production yield, and volume-readiness for optical module products transitioning from engineering release to scalable production. The role bridges design, operations, quality, supply chain, test engineering, and overseas contract manufacturers; it involves yield analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective actions, NPI-to-volume transitions, production ramp support, failure analysis, test improvements, and manufacturing stability initiatives. The position requires a technical degree, at least seven years of optical module or related high-precision electro-optical manufacturing experience, and international travel to support production ramps and supplier reviews.
