Description
PsiQuantum is hiring an Optical Process Engineering Manager to lead the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes for optical components and systems, including lasers, photonic devices, fiber optics, and sensors. The role combines optical, materials, and manufacturing engineering with leadership of process and optical engineers, cross-functional coordination, quality and process validation, project management, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an optical or related engineering discipline and 7–12+ years of optical manufacturing or process engineering experience, including leadership and high-volume scale-up experience. The position offers full-time status, equity, benefits, and a base salary of $140,900–$236,600 USD depending on the applicable U.S. geographic zone.
