Description
The Optical Training and Certification Manager will oversee training plans and technical certification programs for optical, optometry, lens-workshop, and optical-services personnel. The role includes designing and validating training strategies, monitoring program effectiveness, administering competency assessments, analyzing training needs, coordinating technical updates and continuous-improvement projects, and managing in-person, hybrid, and virtual training. A bachelor's degree in Optometry, Ophthalmology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration and experience in technical training, talent development, or specialized education are required.
