Description
The Optical Fiber Test Engineer will assist with setting up and verifying fiber-optic testing systems, configuring environmental and mechanical test samples, performing optical measurements, operating test equipment, documenting results, conducting basic data analysis and failure-mode analysis, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, technical skills with test and measuring equipment, and the ability to work accurately, on schedule, and in a team.
