Arista Networks is hiring an Optical Transceiver Reliability and Qualification Engineer to lead reliability testing and qualification of internally developed optical transceivers from prototype through mass production. The role partners with external vendors and internal engineering teams, manages qualification plans, oversees testing execution, leads failure analysis, establishes reliability standards, analyzes test data, and supports customer reliability requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or science field and 3–5 years of experience in reliability, quality, or test engineering for optical components or transceivers. The role requires travel to an Asia contract manufacturer factory and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $230,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits for US-based employees.
