Description
The employer is recruiting a qualified optician for a permanent contract to provide eye examinations, advise customers, and ensure satisfaction using digital measurement tools and a wide selection of lenses and frames. The role requires a BTS Optician-Optometrist diploma, a BTS OL, and a background in optics; experience is not required, and Saturday work is available. Compensation includes a fixed salary, variable compensation of approximately one to two additional months of salary, an individual bonus, profit-sharing, company health insurance, and other benefits.
