This role involves working alongside eye care professionals like optometrists, assisting with frame and lens selections, dispensing eyewear, providing contact lens instructions, adjusting/repairing eyewear, communicating with doctors, meeting sales goals, scheduling appointments, and answering phones. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and excellent customer service skills.
