QED Technologies is hiring a Junior Optics Technician in Rochester, New York, to support the setup, operation, inspection, documentation, and maintenance of grinding, polishing, and metrology equipment used to manufacture precision optical components. The on-site, entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one to three years of relevant manufacturing or technical experience, and the ability to follow procedures, maintain quality, and handle precision components safely. Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with a potential 5% performance-based incentive, benefits, and a 401(k) program.
