Description
VML is hiring an Optimisation Principal to lead experimentation-led growth initiatives for global clients. The role owns growth strategy, hypothesis-led experimentation, client and stakeholder partnerships, program delivery, commercial performance, and technical solution architecture across experimentation, analytics, CDP, personalisation, CMS, and data infrastructure. Candidates need extensive global growth and optimisation leadership experience, deep expertise in major experimentation and analytics platforms, statistical rigor, and experience managing complex, multi-region accounts. The position is permanent and hybrid, with teams in the office an average of four days per week.
