Wintermute is hiring an experienced options trader to build and scale its crypto options business. The role involves monitoring market flows, analysing positioning and funding dynamics, researching and backtesting volatility strategies, developing alpha signals, managing multi-exchange options portfolios, contributing to systematic and semi-systematic strategies, and collaborating with engineering teams on execution and automation. Candidates must have 3–5+ years of option trading experience at a top-tier trading firm, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and either Python coding experience or the ability to learn Python quickly.
