Logiqal is hiring an Optomechanical Engineer in Princeton, New Jersey to design and build the mechanical infrastructure for quantum processors. The role involves developing custom precision optomechanics, modular optical breadboards, and large-scale mechanical systems; working with researchers and optical engineers to define design criteria and timelines; and completing design, prototyping, construction, and validation. Candidates should be familiar with CAD, FEA, mechanical drawings, tolerancing, and DFM, with basic optics knowledge and hands-on construction and alignment experience. The position offers a $125,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity and fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
