Visionworks is hiring a full-time Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to serve as the face of its exam practice, guide patients through preliminary eye-health testing, maintain accurate records, introduce patients to optometrists, transition them to the sales floor, and support exam-lane operations. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience; customer or patient experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $16.90–$20.92 per hour, with medical and dental coverage for full-time employees.
