Morton is hiring an experienced Lead Optometry Technician for a full-time temporary position lasting until February 2027. The role leads and supports clinic operations, performs ophthalmic testing and patient-care assistance, trains and mentors team members, identifies workflow improvements, and ensures high-quality patient experiences. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of optometry or ophthalmology experience, bilingual Spanish/English ability, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative clinic environment. The work involves lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, climbing stairs, and exposure to safety precautions.
