US Fertility is hiring a part-time OR/PACU LVN (Float) to work at the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area, floating between San Ramon and Menlo Park, California. The role supports ambulatory surgery and fertility-center operations through preoperative patient preparation, sterile and aseptic procedures, instrument and sharps counts, room turnover, inventory management, patient transport, documentation, and coordination with physicians, anesthesia providers, laboratory personnel, and other staff. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with one weekend per month and two holidays per year, and compensation is $43 to $47 per hour. Required qualifications include completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program, IV certification, current CPR certification, computer access, communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills.
