Community Heart and Vascular is hiring an OR Specialty Coordinator CSFA to support the Heart & Vascular surgical team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role works with surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel in the preoperative arena, including scrubbing, assisting with circulating, setting up and breaking down procedures, and managing supplies and equipment. The position also floats to assist vascular surgery at Community locations and coordinates specialty schedules, instruments, materials, vendors, and educational offerings. A Certified Surgical First Assistant credential from NBSTSA, an accredited surgical technology program or NCCT-authorized school with GED or high school diploma, an associate degree, and one year of operating room experience are required.
