Description
Vodafone is hiring an Oracle BSS Stack Lead in Newbury to own the end-to-end operation and continual improvement of business-critical Oracle telecommunications platforms, including Siebel CRM, Oracle OSM, Oracle BRM, and related applications. The role leads availability, reliability, capacity planning, major-incident recovery, problem management, release governance, automation, DevOps, observability, vendor engagement, and the development of L1–L3 support teams. Candidates need extensive telecommunications IT and Oracle BSS experience, at least five years leading application support or operational teams, production-service and incident-recovery experience, and knowledge of Unix/Linux, Oracle SQL, ITIL processes, and cloud technologies.
