Description

i360technologies, Inc. is hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Solution Architect / Delivery Lead to define enterprise architecture and governance for an Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solution deployed across multiple organizations in support of a federal financial systems modernization initiative. The role leads remediation sequencing, release planning, design reviews, configuration-versus-customization decisions, vendor transition, and cross-workstream coordination while guiding functional and technical consultants. It requires at least 10 years of Oracle Cloud EPM or Hyperion experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency; visa sponsorship is not available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, accounting, finance, business, or a related field; relevant professional experience may substitute for the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of Oracle Cloud EPM or Hyperion experience, including enterprise Planning architecture and complex implementation leadership.
At least 3 years of experience supporting budget formulation, financial planning, forecasting, or performance management solutions.
Experience designing or recovering a multi-organization, shared-platform, or public-sector Oracle Planning solution.
Experience leading configuration-versus-customization decisions and directing teams through design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and knowledge transfer.
Preferred Qualifications: S. federal Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience and knowledge of federal budget formulation, appropriations, and OMB Circular A-11.
Federal client, Department of Transportation, Enterprise Services Center, or other federal shared-service experience, including onboarding multiple organizations to a common Planning platform.
Troubled-program assessment, turnaround, transition, or incumbent-replacement experience.
Oracle Cloud EPM certification.
Experience with Enterprise Data Management, Narrative Reporting, Management Reporting, workforce, capital, project, or driver-based planning.
