Description
The Oracle Cloud ERP Programme Director will provide strategic authority and executive accountability for a multi-entity, multi-country Oracle Cloud ERP transformation. The role chairs governance bodies, oversees delivery against scope, budget, schedule and quality, manages major vendor and partner disputes, protects group templates and decision rights, leads capability transfer to internal delivery, and reports risks and progress to executive stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree, 15+ years leading complex IT or ERP programmes, strong Oracle, SAP or comparable Tier-1 ERP experience, professional fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel across deployment locations in Africa and the Middle East.
