The Hackett Group is hiring an Oracle Cloud Functional HCM Consultant for its Application Managed Support Team. The role provides functional subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, manages support tickets and Oracle service requests, analyzes systems and processes, performs gap analysis, designs testing scenarios, supports integrations and data mapping, and mentors clients. Candidates should have experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Oracle Talent Management Cloud and preferably Workforce Compensation, along with consulting, analytical, communication, workload-management, SQL or OTBI, and Fast Formula skills.
