Description
The Technical Integration Lead will drive end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, and implementation for Oracle Cloud HCM, including Global Core HR, Compensation, and Absence Management. The role requires at least 10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and Fusion integration capabilities, bi-directional payroll interfaces, REST and SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader, along with HCM configuration, Fast Formulas, security, and customer-facing delivery skills. The lead will also manage small technical teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior members, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
