Description
The Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Lead will serve as a hands-on functional leader for a 9+ month federal remote project, overseeing the configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, release management, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. The role partners with clients and cross-functional teams, leads solution design and requirements analysis, manages functional teams and project plans, resolves defects, and supports production deployment and transition activities. Candidates must be United States citizens able to obtain a Public Trust, have 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation or Benefits experience, at least one full lifecycle implementation, and 3+ years leading teams.
