Description
The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional with Benefits role in Hyderabad requires 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience and at least two end-to-end implementations. The position focuses on implementing and supporting Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation, including configuration of workforce structures, benefits programs, eligibility profiles, life events, compensation plans, and security. Responsibilities also include requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing and release management, go-live support, L2/L3 production support, HDL data loads, integrations, and reporting.
