Description
The Cloud HCM Technical SME/Lead provides technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud environments across modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, and related applications. The role supports production tickets, issue and change management, deployments, quarterly patch testing, configurations, security and system administration, integrations, reporting, testing, documentation, runbooks, and client collaboration across onshore and offshore teams. It requires extensive Oracle HCM implementation and production-support experience, strong expertise with HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, OTBI, system administration, custom roles, and cloud extensions.
