Description
The Scrum Master — Core Infrastructure serves as the agile delivery lead and servant-leader across Compute & OS, Storage & Backup, Database & Middleware, and Cloud Platform engineering towers in a regulated financial services environment. The role facilitates agile ceremonies, manages the infrastructure delivery backlog, tracks sprint metrics and capacity, resolves cross-tower dependencies, coordinates with ITSM, change, release, vendor, and stakeholder teams, supports audit and regulatory activities, and promotes operational efficiency and continuous improvement. It requires at least 7.5 years of experience, 15 years of full-time education, and proven infrastructure Scrum Master experience; preferred qualifications include data centre, cloud migration, IaC, and Prince2 experience.
