Description
The company is hiring a Database Administrator to migrate databases from an on-premise environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for a Swiss banking client. The role includes administering Oracle databases, monitoring and optimizing performance, managing security, troubleshooting, documenting, backing up, and upgrading databases. Candidates need at least five years of Oracle DBA experience, strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM, familiarity with Unix/Linux and shell scripting, knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and English at B2 level. The position offers flexible hours, remote work, and travel to Switzerland.
