Auctane is hiring an Oracle Database Engineer to design, implement, maintain, optimize, secure, and administer relational database systems. The role covers Oracle installation and configuration, backups and recovery, performance tuning, indexing, replication, failover, capacity planning, automation, documentation, and production support, including on-call shifts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, hands-on Oracle database administration experience, strong SQL and database architecture knowledge, Linux/Unix scripting familiarity, and Polish and English conversational proficiency. The position offers a hybrid framework with two office days per week and is based in Zielona Gora and Wroclaw.
