Description
Micron Technology is hiring an Oracle Database Engineer (DBA) to plan, coordinate, administer, and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring performance, security, availability, backups, recovery, upgrades, migrations, and compliance. The role collaborates with business units, development teams, and end users; investigates database issues; provides technical guidance; and prepares SOE and runbook documentation. It requires a B.S. or M.S. degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of related experience managing Oracle databases at versions 19c and 23ai, along with expertise in large-scale OLTP and OLAP systems, performance tuning, and database upgrades and migrations.
