Description
Authority Partners is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Application Support Analyst to provide dedicated L1 and L2 support for client Oracle EBS Finance and/or Projects modules. The role handles end-user troubleshooting, ticket management, functional issue resolution, escalations, documentation, change management, user acceptance testing, and support reporting. It requires an accounting background or accounting ERP experience, at least four years of Oracle EBS R12 functional support experience, knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance and Projects modules, SQL troubleshooting ability, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM CST.
