L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis / Oracle EBS Functional Analyst (HCM & OTL) to serve as the primary interface between IT development and business users. The role supports Oracle Enterprise Business Suite production systems, designs enhancements, develops reporting and interfaces, manages migration and implementation projects, troubleshoots Finance, Human Resources, and Time and Labor issues, and improves business processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least four years, or ten years of experience without a degree. The position offers a 9/80 schedule and is available in Sacramento, Canoga Park, Salt Lake City, Rochester, or Melbourne.
