Description

The Oracle EBS Lead provides techno-functional leadership for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x solutions across Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Financials, and Process Manufacturing. The role owns solution architecture, development standards, integrations, testing, releases, production support, upgrades, and complex incident resolution while leading developers and analysts, managing delivery initiatives, and communicating technical decisions to business and IT stakeholders.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of progressive Oracle EBS techno-functional experience, including leadership of implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and production support in Oracle EBS R12.2.x environments
End-to-end delivery across O2C, SCM, WMS, and Financials; OPM experience is highly desirable
Implementation experience with a deep understanding of the Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications
Experience troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolution to end users
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree
Oracle Process Manufacturing experience
Enterprise mindset with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance business value, technical quality, risk, and supportability
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, integrated business processes, data flows, and upstream and downstream impacts
Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, business stakeholders, support teams, and delivery resources
Structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, with a bias toward prevention, automation, and continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through change, and deliver commitments in a global, cross-functional environment
Commitment to security, controls, documentation, quality, service levels, and safe operating practices
