1GLOBAL is seeking an Oracle ECE and OCOMC Expert to join their charging and billing operations team. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert on Oracle's real-time rating and charging (ECE) and offline charging mediation (OCOMC) platforms, with a focus on network integration using Diameter protocols, ECE customization, and monitoring. The expert will configure, optimize, and maintain the charging system for high-volume usage events, ensure seamless integration between various systems, and participate in designing and implementing new requirements. Additionally, the role includes developing and delivering training programs for the billing team, creating documentation, conducting workshops, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline billing workflows and troubleshoot issues.
