1GLOBAL is hiring an Oracle ECE and OCOMC Expert to serve as a subject-matter expert on real-time rating and charging, offline charging mediation, network integration, monitoring, system optimization, and billing-system integration. The role also trains and enables non-technical billing staff, supports troubleshooting and reporting, and contributes to capacity planning and platform evolution. Candidates need at least three years of Oracle ECE and OCOMC experience, knowledge of real-time rating and charging flows, the Diameter protocol, SQL, database optimization, and telecom billing models, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
