The role covers requirements gathering, process-flow and functional-specification translation, EPM configuration, EDM implementation and metadata governance, testing and validation, and collaboration with agency technical leads, database administrators, and Oracle Support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of relevant Oracle solution implementation experience, hands-on EPM cloud experience, financial planning and analysis knowledge, strong communication skills, and U.S. citizenship with eligibility for an IT-II background investigation.
