MANTECH International Corporation is hiring a fully remote Oracle ERP Senior Business Analyst for a USA-remote position. The role leads complex and high-risk projects, defines system scope and objectives, evaluates IT developments, communicates technical concepts to senior stakeholders, and leads workshops with HR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for Oracle ERP HR modules. The position requires a BS/BA in a relevant field, at least 10 years of relevant business systems analysis or related technical experience, knowledge of United States Air Force lifecycles, HR business processes, system design, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies. Preferred qualifications include Oracle ERP HR configuration and implementation experience, data migration and reporting, process documentation, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools. The projected compensation range is $137,100.00-$244,100.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
