Solution SFT is hiring an Oracle Forms Programmer Analyst to work on a public-sector client project in Québec. The role is remote from Canada, with on-site presence in Québec only if exceptionally required, and involves functional analysis, specification and manual writing, programming, unit, functional, and integration testing, production deployment, and user-guide development. Mandatory requirements include a relevant computer-science or equivalent degree, excellent French, experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Designer, Fusion Middleware, Java, HTML/CSS, XML/JSON, Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL, Discoverer, and Power BI, Azure migration experience, modeling-tool experience, and change-management experience.
