Description
Terracon is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Architect to provide functional and technical architecture leadership for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. The role covers core HCM processes, system configuration, integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, RICEF solutions, and the full implementation lifecycle, including testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-production support. The architect will partner with business stakeholders, implementation teams, developers, enterprise architects, and other technical teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, establish architecture and governance standards, and guide technical and functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree, plus eight years of applicable business, systems development, or enterprise application experience with significant Oracle experience.
