Description
The Oracle HCM Compensation Lead/SME will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, release management, training, and production transition. The role also leads functional teams, coordinates with technical and security teams, manages project plans and schedules, and supports integration and issue resolution. Candidates must have U.S. citizenship, five years of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation or Benefits experience including one to two full-cycle implementations, three years leading a team, two years planning and leading project work, strong knowledge of federal and commercial human resources processes, Oracle HCM Cloud experience, and a relevant Implementation Specialist certification.
