Description
The Oracle Fusion HRM Techno Functional Specialist will implement, configure, customize, test, troubleshoot, and document Oracle Fusion HR solutions for clients. The role covers Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and other HCM modules, along with SQL, PL/SQL, reporting, APIs, interfaces, data migrations, workflows, and user hooks. It requires a BSc in Computer Science or similar and 5–7 years of functional Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, with an MSc/MBA in Information Technology or a related field desirable.
