Fortive is hiring a full-time Oracle HR Reports Developer for a hybrid role in Bangalore, India. The position designs, develops, and governs enterprise HR reporting and analytics across Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FDI, FAW, and ADW/Lakehouse environments. Responsibilities include building reports, dashboards, data models, SQL and PL/SQL queries, automated distributions, security, integrations, regression testing, and end-user support, while partnering with HR Technology and AI teams. The role requires at least five years of Oracle HCM reporting and analytics experience in a SaaS environment and is eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
