Vodafone is hiring an Oracle OSS Stack Lead in Newbury to own the end-to-end reliability, governance, release, incident response, and continuous improvement of its Oracle telecommunications OSS landscape. The role leads technical roadmaps, capacity planning, major incident recovery, production readiness, DevOps and SRE transformation, observability, vendor management, and the development of support engineers. Candidates need significant telecom IT and Oracle OSS experience, expertise in Oracle OSM or Fusion Middleware, Unix/Linux and SQL troubleshooting, and experience leading application or operational teams.
